Dana is a Design Team Leader at Prezlab. She has worked as a designer on some of our best projects. Her tenacity and talent helped her grow into a Design Team Leader where she now leads creative teams toward more influential and captivating results.

• What do you enjoy the most about your work at Prezlab?

  I enjoy the kind of learning environment that we have here, where everyone is invited to ask questions, grow, and share their experiences. I also really enjoy the diverse workflows that constantly encourage adaptability to ride the wave of each project.

• What does a day at Prezlab look like for you?

  The days are often fast-paced and dynamic. You get this feeling that every minute counts and that your work is important. My weekdays are certainly more eventful than my days off.

• What are three things you can’t live without?

  The three things I cannot imagine my life without are notebooks, sunshine, and music.

• What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

  The best piece of advice I’ve received at Prezlab is: “You can always influence the environment you’re in by being an example yourself.” Outside of Prezlab, it is: “Never judge an experience solely based on someone else’s opinion.”

• What is your guilty pleasure?

  Watching celebrity interviews for hours.

• What are you most passionate about?

  I am passionate about spirituality, human psychology, and personal development. I love reading books related to those topics that help me understand myself and others better. I also love activities such as Yoga that serve how I carry myself. I’m regularly working on achieving my potential, especially at work.

• What is your favorite thing you have done with Prezlab?

  I love learning from other people and their experiences at Prezlab, as well as developing my own knowledge and journey.

A day in the life of Ala'

Sr. Operations Officer

Amman, Jordan

Ala’ is a Senior Operations Officer at Prezlab. His background in coordination and logistical arrangements makes him the perfect liaison between our clients and creatives. He has experience in various areas such as editing and translating, as well as content strategy, communication, and marketing.

• What do you enjoy the most about your work at Prezlab?

  The friendly, fun, and supportive culture we have at Prezlab. Also, I love working with different clients, from international and Fortune 500 companies to smaller businesses, and constantly learning from them.

• What does a day at Prezlab look like for you?

  My mornings start with a meeting to contact clients and recap with team members. And then, between supporting clients and drinking coffee, I’m making sure requirements are being met, and the dynamic we have at Prezlab helps facilitate that.

• What are three things you can’t live without?

  The support from my friends and family, my daily coffee intake, and finishing off the day with a trip to the gym.

• What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

  Someone once told me to fear nothing because everything has already been destined. That really put things into perspective for me.

• What is your guilty pleasure?

  I am always having junk food cravings that I’m giving into. I have a massive sweet tooth.

• What are you most passionate about?

  I’m really into self-improvement, so I’m constantly finding ways to do better and be better for myself and those around me.

• What is your favorite thing you have done with Prezlab?

  Increasing the satisfaction rate and revenue of the account I’m handling and making tons of new friends with Prezlabers!

A day in the life of Aseel

Art Director

Amman, Jordan

Aseel is a passionate, energetic, and idea-driven Art Director. She guides our creative team through projects to advance their visual quality with her knowledge as a designer. Her background as an educator allows her to act as a mentor for our designers.

• What do you enjoy the most about your work at Prezlab?

  The work is always changing, so it never gets boring. Every project comes with its own challenges and I’m regularly having to think out of the box to problem-solve. The team also creates an energizing environment that is inspiring.

• What does a day at Prezlab look like for you?

  My day will usually start with meetings with team members for progress updates and to work out our next steps. From there, I meet with clients and guide designers through their creative tasks.

• What are three things you can’t live without?

  My friends, music, and kombucha.

• What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

  It’s actually a quote about design from one of my favorite designers, Stefan Sagmeister, where he said, “Ensure it feels like it’s made by humans, for humans.” And I try to apply that idea to all my work.

• What is your guilty pleasure?

  Definitely desserts of all kinds.

• What are you most passionate about?

  I love to cook, so I love trying new recipes and tasting new dishes. I also love all things related to art and design and believe that I can never know too much and there’s always more to learn.

• What is your favorite thing you have done with Prezlab?

  Not sure if I can narrow it down to just one thing. Since working with Prezlab, I’ve been exposed to many different creative mindsets and I enjoyed supporting others to let out their creativity. But I’m also really proud to have worked with Fortune 500 companies and social media giants.
